An Okayish Stay, I Guess

The location was acceptable, I suppose. It was close to some places, at least.
The breakfast was definitely not something to write home about. The choices were limited and there was no buffet. Seriously, a buffet is the least they could do.

I received excellent service . the hotel is located centrally and i found it easy to get around. there was live acoustic music at the restaurant each evening.. i even got my passport back after i forgot it in the vault. The staff mailed it to me safely via grab. i really appreciate their help.
the shower wasn't working properly in my room. the water ran out quickly, about five to ten minutes.

the staff was helpful and fast. i needed assistance with a lost item, and they quickly resolved the problem. the restaurant also offered good service with cultural dances available.

The breakfast was quite underwhelming. A limited selection did not meet expectations. the room needed better soundproofing. Noise from adjacent rooms disrupted sleep. I found it difficult to relax fully because of this. I believe simple measures could greatly enhance the guest experience.

The location was very convenient. easy access to the city center, i found it clean, and the staff were very nice. the price was good. the gardens were beautiful. I thought the hotel stay was quite pleasant. the environment was quite and calm.
